Pickled mushrooms (my grandmother's recipe)

Ingredients

Water 6 glasses
Granulated sugar 2st. spoons
Salt 2st. spoons
Carnation 3 pcs
Allspice 3 pcs
Bay leaf 2 pcs
Black pepper 3 pcs
Vinegar 9% 100gr

Cooking method

  • Sort out mushrooms, boil. Pour 6 glasses of water into a saucepan, add all the ingredients except vinegar, boil for 5-7 minutes and put mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, pour in vinegar and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Put hot in jars, wrap with a blanket until it cools. Bon Appetit!.
