Meat casserole with green peas and broccoli in the Philips Airfryer

Ingredients

Minced pork 800-1000g
Chicken fillet 600-800g
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Wig 0.5h l
Nutmeg pinch
Provencal herbs 0.5h l.
Caucasian spice for meat 0.5h l.
Jellied meat mixture 0.5h
Milk is cold 70-100ml.
Green peas frozen 100-150g
Broccoli, frozen 3-4 inflorescences
Mayonnaise or fatty sour cream 1-2 tbsp. l
Cheese 50 g

Cooking method

  • I cooked ham and made quite a lot of minced meat, which simply did not fit in a ham maker, so I decided to make such a casserole.
  • Minced meat for ham made here
  • Minced pork (through a meat grinder, the percentage of fatty pork is more), cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  • Put the minced meat, chicken fillet, all the spices + milk into the bowl of the combine (you can have more milk).
  • Kneaded with Kenwood K-shaped filling, 10 minutes.
  • I warmed the peas and broccoli in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and chopped them with a blender in mashed potatoes. I added mayonnaise to the puree.
  • Put the minced meat in a baking dish, this will be the first layer, then the minced peas and broccoli puree, then again the minced meat. Sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese.
  • Baked in a disposable aluminum mold (I love them very much). I cooked for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. I put the mold in a preheated multi-oven.

Time for preparing:

25 minutes

Note

I apologize right away ... there is a mistake in the word in the banner in the middle of the video ... I just saw her ... my husband is ashamed ... but she already exists ...
The casserole is delicious, but something needs to be added to the pea layer for the bunch, because the casserole goes hot when it is hot, it keeps its shape well when it is cold, but the hot one certainly "creeps".
