Note

I don't write anything about the filling, you can wrap whatever your heart desires ...
I did it with fried cabbage, with apples, but there was not enough filling for two koloboks and I sprinkled the "pancakes" with cane sugar and crushed walnuts (tasty, but dry, for an amateur).

Rada-dms
Great! So you don't need to close up the ends?

Now I see what is needed - the filling is first wrapped on the sides, then with a roll, very interesting - now I went to put the dough Pies Tender
salomeya29
Rada-dms, Irsha,
Exactly, girls, you don’t have to cover up anything! Spun and FSE! And do not sprinkle flour on the table and "pancakes"! Everything works out great!
Gaby
Solomeya, congratulations on your first child on the site. An interesting recipe, there are similar in composition, but not in cutting. Your way of making pies is my favorite.
salomeya29
Gaby, Thank you!!! I just fell in love with this site!

I went through the entire section with pies so as not to repeat myself. The dough is really ordinary.
I like that there is little dough in the pie, I don't like looking for the filling.
These pies have one drawback - they disappear very quickly!
SanechkaA
incomparable pies and everything I like, little dough, a lot of filling
salomeya29
SanechkaA,
Olga VB
Oh what an interesting molding idea!
this is any dough, and filling ...
You can also lubricate the inner part with oil - a puff will turn out.
And the sheets themselves should not be rolled out and cut into rectangles.
Thank you!
Lerele
Olga VB, exactly, I immediately thought about rolling on a typewriter, and bookmarked the recipe.
salomeya29
Olga VB, the dough in ready-made pies, in principle, turns out to be a little flaky, if you roll it out very thinly and wrap the filling in a long strip ...
salomeya29
Lerele, yes, it's good when there are many helpers in the kitchen! I'm still doing everything with pens ...
Recently, my husband volunteered to help replace the bread dough. I have already kneaded one loaf, and for the second I combined the ingredients and entrusted him.
Oh, girls .... After a 20-minute manual kneading, he wiped off the sweat and said - AND HOW ARE YOU STILL DOING TWO BELLS in a row ?? My arm muscles are said to be straining ... He's really a musician, but not a white-handed, recently he made a shoe rack himself, well, he can do anything else.

Lerele
Did it.
Well, what can I say, you can roll, but you still need to add flour, because the dough for rolling is soft. And it’s very convenient, and when you adapt, then quickly.
Made with a secret filling, that is, fruit jelly, I have a plum one.
Since the filling was not hard, but thin, my thin dough tore from the sides. So consider who will do what is needed for liquid fillings to roll thicker layers.
The dough is good, I will repeat it, and I liked the molding.
Thanks to the author !!

And what kind of jelly?

So I am .... already infected .... Next in line is a yogurt maker and a food processor, here I read about them!

Chess word, I don’t add a single gram!

Well, yes, there is only one layer of dough, thin ... But I am very glad that I still liked it! True, I'm not the author ...

So with a rolling pin, and on a typewriter tears the soft dough, so you need to add it.

Next in line is the yogurt maker
It's better to go to a slow cooker right away - there you can make not only yoghurt, but also a bunch of different tasty things.
My, while I was chatting, I vegetable casserole prepared ...
salomeya29

Better just a slow cooker
Oh, Ol, I thought about the cartoon. But my family has very different nutritional habits, this technique does not suit us ... I constantly cook at least two sets of completely different food ... Sometimes three ...

Oh, Ol, I thought about the cartoon. But my family has very different nutritional habits, this technique does not suit us ... I constantly cook at least two sets of completely different food ... Sometimes three ...
So we have several multicookers - from two and above

Anastasia, so a multicooker is all the more necessary: while you are fiddling with one dish on the stove or in the oven, the second is already brought to you by MV herself on a platter with a blue border.
Quote: kirch
So we have several multicookers - from two and above
Moreover, they come with different volumes of bowls - to choose from. In addition, in one MV, you can simultaneously cook 2-3 different dishes using a double boiler. It is for you example... Well, in MV, not only the function of a double boiler is there!
And there are also pressure cookers - they will cook you at least 5 dinners faster than you are fiddling with one.
And in the heat - this is generally salvation - not to stand over the stove, not to fire the oven.
I threw everything and is free, until MV squeaks about readiness.
And there is also a delayed start, heating functions, a bunch of different programs - no need to watch when it boils, when to screw it on, when the fire is increased, you don't have to get up even dawn to cook food, the whole family does not need to wait after work while something is ready, you do not need to worry that everything is cooling down, and someone will not make it to the table.
And the children's menus are so convenient!
And the pastries are so wonderful!
I also resisted this idea with MV for a long time, and now I think, why did I, so smart, didn't make my life easier ?!

Lerele
Everyone speaks correctly, even two sets on the stove make you lose weight, and multi makes life very easy, just very much.
And they also have a very big plus, you can cook with a minimum amount of fat, which is important.
salomeya29
Quote: kirch
So we have several multicookers - from two and above
Well, this is generally unlikely, just the size of the kitchen does not allow ...

Heat is a separate topic, in my kitchen it is just awfully hot now!
In general, I thought ... Like this, approximately -
The main thing is that the husband does not think like this -
Quote: Lerele

Oh, how important it is for us ...
Girls, THANKS for the advice!
I’ll think .... Well now it is necessary (just in case in advance) to prepare my husband ... Well, that wouldn’t be a shock ..... And then I just said not long ago that I couldn’t live without a combine, but now also a cartoon ...
Rada-dms
salomeya29, they say the truth that a combine without a multi is money down the drain!
This is an argument to my husband!
I have four pieces, everything is in business!
kirch
Quote: salomeya29
Well, this is generally unlikely, just the size of the kitchen does not allow
So few people allow. My kitchen is small. Technique is full of all. Of course, I don't keep it all in the kitchen. On all sorts of shelves, cabinets that are not in the kitchen. I take it out as needed. There is only one cartoon and a Bosch combine on the table. Does your husband have a car? Does he consult with you when he acquires something for her?
Olga VB
Quote: salomeya29
In general, I thought .... That's about how -: girl-th: The main thing is that the husband does not think like this -
Oh, Anastasia, here many have gone through this - everyone is alive and quite well!
And, by the way, there are quite budget models.
And there are also promotions, such as 2 pcs. (MV + SV) for the price of one.
And as for the place, I'll tell you a secret: when a cartoon appears in the family, for some reason the hob often disappears, well, at least half of it - 2 comforts can be left for a change. And instead of the other 2, it will become quite MV.
At first my daughter-in-law (brothers) thought for a long time, then my brother bought her the cheapest one, and now on any trip, on vacation, she can forget cosmetics, and MV - no, no!
Quote: kirch
Does your husband have a car? Does he consult with you when he acquires something for her?
Moreover, this (MV) is for him and for his families.

Lerele
And another plus is energy savings. I didn't measure, but I noticed from the accounts. If earlier we always paid extra for a year, now they even returned me, albeit "three kopecks," but returned.
And to be honest, it's easy to live without a combine, but I can't imagine without multi.

And yet, I know more than one example of how dishwashers appeared in houses, make my husband wash the dishes for a month, immediately there is an understanding that without her it’s like without hands.
So it is with cartoons, let me do something myself a couple of times, and show how easy it is with cartoons, they will immediately want to. Moreover, now there are quite inexpensive ones.

Yes, almost doubled. Well, not only multicooker, also other units (grill, sandwich maker, etc.)
And thanks to the dishwasher - also significant water savings.

Well, yes, well, your husband is worse than others - he does not appreciate your work at all, does not want to make your life easier for you, free up at least a little of your time for other useful things - love and care for him, beloved!?!
Or does he refuse to eat the first-second-compote?
Or does he love his wife less?
No! No! No! We firmly believe that he is the most correct guy in your area, and he will definitely show his coolest masculine qualities in taking care of his family, his wife, his home, and of himself, his beloved!
kil
salomeya29, thank you very much for the molding, on Saturday I made pies with apples according to your technology, but I made my own (Chuchelkino) dough for pies

(I used to have sweet pies periodically opened and the filling seeped in the oven, and the pies with onions, if not pinched right away, did not stick together either),

and HERE ... beauty, the filling is all inside, the pies are beautiful, in short, class!
And don't even think about the cartoon, I also resisted for a long time, and now ...and most importantly, when repairing, now I will definitely take the stove for 2 comforts, since I practically do not approach it.

Eeeer! Did you make them flaky from Chuchelka's dough?
Did you grease the surface of the rolled pancake with butter before filling, or did you wrap it dry?

Olga VB, salomeya29, no, they are not flaky, they just turned out pies, but the main thing did not flow, because the filling was made from fresh apples with sugar, wrapped dry, and smeared with an egg and milk on top.
Olga VB
Panyatna ...
I still want to try to smear with oil. I wonder what happens?
I'll report back later, but it's not this week yet, then.

Girls, what, this test doesn't need proofing at all? There is yeast in the recipe, when does it work?
