translation of recipes from the book "Mastering the Art of French Cuisine"

After watching the film "Julie and Julia" I got inspired and decided to translate her book, because I didn't find it in Russian, and there was no way to buy it. I hope I'm not the only one and there are also fans of French cuisine.
If anyone is interested in these recipes, write, I'm ready to help everyone

Do you really need to translate? J. Child, in principle, has been translated a lot ...
Musenovna
There is also a two-volume book on French cookery that has already been translated, but it’s worth it. I want to, but I can't afford it yet. Moreover, the reviews on this particular book by Julia Child are positive, in contrast to other translated books.
And I myself really, really love this film.

I agree that a lot has been translated, but I would like more, and, besides, some recipes are not entirely correct, especially the number of products

Description: This book is the fruit of my forty years of collaboration with colleagues and friends. The idea arose when we were doing a television program of snippets of my cooking shows, starting with the very first one called Boeuf Bourguignon, which went on air on February 11, 1963, on the educational channel in Boston. In that show, I told you how to cook the famous Burgundy beef. Of course, I wanted to "immortalize" all this in the book, and with the deepest recognition I want to name the "good angels" who helped me in fulfilling this desire

I have a paper copy of J. Child "The Basics of Classic French Cuisine", 2012 edition. There were 2 or 3 more of her books in the store, under the general series "Bon appetite". I cooked "Dove on Canapes", "Cucumber Soup" and a cake, now I don't remember the name. Everything seems to be fine with the proportions of the products ...
And yes, I watch the film from time to time when I need to recharge myself with a positive. Moreover, Meryl Streep is my favorite actress.
