Vanilla puffs with candied lemon

Ingredients

frozen puff pastry 500 g
butter 250 g
sugar 200 g
egg 1 PC
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
candied lemon 80 g
milk 2 tbsp. l.
wheat flour 450 g

Cooking method

  • I stumbled upon the old issue of Liza magazine for 2012 (# 9) and found another quick recipe.
  • Here he is.
  • 1. Prepare the filling of sugar, butter, which we chop until a crumb-like mass is obtained with 400 g of flour and add vanilla sugar.
  • 2. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll it out on the working surface into thin layers, 3 mm thick.
  • 3. Spread a crumbly mass evenly on the layers of dough, sprinkle it with candied lemon, roll it into a roll and cut into slices 3-4 cm wide.

  • 4. Beat the egg with milk, grease the puffs laid out on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 200 * C.
  • That's all - enjoy the fragrant puffs!

I made candied fruits myself, and I use Nashin recipes from Mannochka and Kroshi.
(Somehow I made a "connection" - I walk around the computer for almost two hours ...)
Add vanilla sugar along with butter (sorry, overlooked - I'll add it now).
