Note

Girls, the recipe itself is not new, there is on the Internet, but I have only met for multicooker without pressure. It was proposed to do it on the "Milk porridge" mode. I nevertheless slightly altered this recipe: in the original, 1 teaspoon of coffee was offered, I put in 2. 2 bags of vanilla sugar were offered - I put in 3. I did not mix it at first - and the condensed milk was slightly burnt from below, but it still turned out very tasty. If you like Baileys type liqueurs - you will like it, bon appetit!
Maybe I could try it in our slow cooker in the "Milk Porridge" mode, but I still decided to do it in manual mode.

Wow! what a tempting recipe! And I will continue without a multicooker ... Is it possible to cook this in a milk cooker? the temperature is right and won't burn ...
Taichka
Pianoprobably it is possible ... But I have never had a milk cooker, so I won't tell you in more detail ... The main thing, in my opinion, is still not to digest (otherwise it will turn into coffee syrup ...)
Second
I did something similar. As a result, the milk curdled and turned out to be something inedible. I do not want to offend the author of the recipe, but I have come across similar recipes here, in my opinion more realistic: the essence was the following: everything is the same, but milk is added after heat treatment.

Second, I am not the author, the author "lives" I just repeated it specifically in our multicooker. Our liquor turned out to be delicious, tomorrow I will try to take a picture.
Bormental
And what will there be alcoholic, if the boiling point of alcohol is 79 degrees ??? Or is it a baby cocktail recipe? Then why vodka, in principle, pour water.
