Young stewed cabbage with homemade sausages (Philips 3134/00)

Ingredients

young medium cabbage half a head
bulb onions 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt taste
rice vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
homemade sausages or kupaty 6 pcs

Cooking method

  • Let's prepare the sausages while we cook the cabbage - they need to be immersed in very hot water and held there for about half an hour, periodically adding boiling water (i.e., we maintain the temperature at about 80 degrees). If you have a free multicooker, turn on the Heating or Multicooker there, and calmly work on the cabbage. Before frying, the water must be drained and the sausages must be slightly dried.
  • Chop the cabbage, chop 1 onion into 1/4 of the ring, pour 1 tbsp of oil into the cartoon cook. l., lay the cabbage and onions and fry on the Frying mode for 10 minutes, salt to taste. Then switch to Extinguishing for 30 min. Add vinegar 10 minutes before the end of the program and stir.
  • Put the cabbage on plates, and while it cools down, quickly cook the sausages.
  • We turn on the Frying mode for 15 minutes, pour in the oil, put the sausages and onions cut into half rings to them. Stir during cooking and turn the sausages. The onion turns out to be brown, like caramelized.
  • Well, actually that's all, put the sausages on the cabbage and serve. Bon Appetit!
