Green cocktail Spring

Ingredients

nettle
moan
dandelion (leaves)
mint
salad
orange (small) 3 pcs
water ~ 400-500 ml

Cooking method

  • Collect young greens.
  • Rinse the greens well, take only the leaves.
  • Peel and chop the oranges.
  • Place in a blender, first oranges then greens, add water and mix on high speed until smooth.

  • You can add ice, or chill in the refrigerator.

Note

In order to get the most out of green smoothies, there are the following guidelines.
Do not add anything other than vegetables, fruits, and water to your shake.
Drink the shake by itself; don't make it part of your meal. For maximum nutritional benefits, don't snack on anything. Drink the shake 40 minutes before or 40 minutes after a meal.
Do not add starchy vegetables to green smoothies. For example, carrots, beets, zucchini, cabbage, zucchini, pumpkin, peas, beans. They don't go well with fruit.
Don't add too many ingredients to your shake, such as four different types of fruits and six types of greens.
Constantly change the greens you put in cocktails.

Doesn't a dandelion give bitterness? I tried to make a salad somehow (I even soaked it). Couldn't eat ... Brrrr

Irina, dandelion is not bitter in a cocktail. If you add a lot of it, it may be bitter, but here there is not much of it, and the leaves are still tender and young.
Now, if you overdo it with desperation, then the cocktail can become almost black.

Why did I miss out on such a wonderful recipe? yeah, I remembered why ...
