dark chocolate 50 g
eggs 2 pcs.
brown sugar 120 g
semolina 200 g
flour 50 g
walnuts 80 g
vanillin 0.5 tsp
baking powder 0.5 tsp
walnuts for decoration

  • The recipe for this cookie was shared by a friend who lives in Norway and enjoys national cuisine. For me, this is the perfect combination - nuts and chocolate, and semolina gives the cookies an extraordinary texture, you will never guess that they are there, and at the same time, the cookies with the help of semolina become unusually tender. Ideal for tea and coffee and just like that. Baking such cookies is very, very easy. Recommend!
  • Grind nuts and chocolate in a blender. Beat the softened butter with sugar, add eggs one by one, without stopping beating. Sift flour with baking powder and vanilla, add semolina. Combine both mixtures, add ground nuts and chocolate and stir. The dough is not steep, with the help of 2 teaspoons we spread the portions of the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Don't make very flat cakes, the dough spreads during the baking process, do not forget to leave 3-4 cm between each cookie. Put a piece of walnut on top, lightly pressing it into the dough. We bake for 10-12 minutes at 200 g in a preheated oven.
