Mannochka, but what do you think, if there is no sprouted flaxseed, then what would replace it? I already want to try such flaxseed bread ...

Elena Tim
Ahhh! Thank you, Galyun! I also do it on leavened wort! It turns out delicious.

Manna, the beauty ! Now it remains to learn how to grow the grain - something has lagged behind everyone in this matter! Bread very much to the soul !!! Cool recipe !!!
Mar_k
And in what it is necessary to germinate, otherwise adapt as much as choose the right one, where to read here with us, otherwise I did not find something
Manna
Marish, there are several options for sprouts:
1.it is a plate with gauze on the windowsill
2.smartsprouter (sealed tube). principle - pour water for several hours, drain the water, rinse, leave in the tube for germination
3. mesh with a compressor for aeration or a thermoserver
4.with pallets and pump for regular irrigation with water

Mistletochka, Helen has the second option. I have, Admin has the fourth. Tanyulya has a thermoserver.
For flax, in my opinion, the 4th option is best, because it gives jelly when soaked.
I shot a video on my sprout, all the time I can't find it to edit
Mar_k
Manna, thanks for the clarification, now it's clear! Of course I was very interested in flax for germination, for health it is necessary!
Manna
The promised video about the sprinkler with irrigation
gala10
Mannochka, Thank you for the video. Very visual and informative. And where do such germinators give?
Manna
Check mark, here here I talked about him in more detail and the link under the spoiler indicated where I bought
gala10
Yeah, I looked, thanks!
Manna

Not only is there no germinated seed, I also don't have a sandwich maker ...

I felt sorry for myself ...

But that's not all ...

Seeing the germinator, she lost her appetite ...

I'll go and think about how to live on ...

Seeing the sprout
Tiny, but what about you without a sprout? What a raw foodist out of you then, one ballatvstvo
Well, yes, flax in a saucer, of course, is somewhat more difficult to germinate due to the fact that it becomes jelly
And you can bake in the usual way in tins
Gala
Mannochka, and today I baked your linseed bread for dinner. Delicious. I didn't take pictures, I really wanted to eat. They turned out exactly like yours. Do you believe?
Manna
Check mark, of course I believe!!! How glad I am that I liked the bread! They are still not for everybody like you and me

I immediately understood what I would be dealing with. I really like this combination of different torments (in the sense of flour).
tatjana12352
Mannochka, thanks for the recipe, though I changed it for myself, you can't sugar and corn flour, I replaced it with stevia and soybean + buckwheat, but I made it in the original, ate everything !!! : flowers: and thanks for using the sandwich maker, to be honest, it has been gathering dust for over a year.
Manna

galchonok
Mannochka, I have my account, although the bread has long been eaten! It turned out very tasty! I baked in my old sandwich maker. Instead of wheat, I added rye c / z, therefore, not as lush as yours. Made from them sandwiches with butter, sausage and cheese - that's something! Thank you very much for the recipe and tips for sprouting flax! I will definitely repeat!

Guys, please tell me, how can I replace cornmeal?
***Tatyana***
Good afternoon, I baked these breads, gluten-free, I added rice instead of wheat flour. My daughter really liked these crisps. Only they turned out not as beautiful as in your picture and not as smooth. So I think I either overdid it with kefir or, on the contrary, did not refill it.
So I'm thinking about trying to make them in the oven, there will be less fuss for sure.
Thanks for the recipe !!!

Another would be to find a recipe for gluten-free flaxseed breadsticks.
Manna
Girls, I'm glad that the recipe came in handy, and that the bread was to your taste!

What are the reasons for the replacement? If, in the absence of, you can grind corn grits. You can replace oatmeal, rice, flaxseed, buckwheat flour. Experiment according to your preferences.
