Experiments with Easter cakes

Hello, dear forum users!
For a long time I "walk" on the forum, on topics, look and never cease to admire, what are YOU all the same GOOD FUCK! Masters of their craft!
I also decided to register. Let's get to know each other?
I really love baking, but not so long ago I became interested in decorating baking. For Easter, I experimented with decorating Easter cakes with mastic, icing, icing with sprinkles and recipes. I baked Easter cakes according to 4 different recipes. Yeast with choux pastry, regular yeast with raisins, "Cappuccino" cake and curd cake. I gave everything for gifts
I just want to bring my Easter cakes to your strict court. I'm just training, so don't be too strict and I also have a few questions for the MASTERS. Maybe these questions should have been posted in another topic, but I'm not very familiar with the forum yet, so I'll ask here. For some reason, my mastic lily didn't want to freeze !!! I made the leaves in advance, collected the flower in advance, dried it for a couple of days, but the leaves still remained soft! The mastic was marshmallow. And when I hoisted this lily on the cake, it became almost flat in general, what is my mistake?
