Ingredients

sour cream 20% 125g
water 160ml
salt 1.5h l
sugar 2st. l
butter 40gr.
wheat flour 600gr.
yeast 1.5h l

Cooking method

  • put the ingredients in the bread maker in the following order
  • 1.sour cream
  • 2.water
  • 3.salt
  • 4.sugar
  • 5. oil
  • 6.flour
  • 7.Yeast
  • on the program, yeast dough or who just cook the dough for 1h 30min. The dough is thick but during cooking it rises and becomes very elastic and does not stick to the fingers. After the dough is ready, remove from the bread machine and leave for 10 minutes on the table, then bake.

Time for preparing:

Prepare the dough for 1.5 hours.
