Ingredients

Cottage cheese 300 g
Whey (milk) 200 ml
Table egg 2 pcs
Vanilla sugar 4 tbsp
Flour / s 150 g
Baking powder 10 g
Sunflower oil 4 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. I have homemade cottage cheese.
  • 2. Break eggs into a blender and add sugar. Beat.
  • 3. Add cottage cheese and whey. Beat well. Add vanilla sugar.
  • 4. Stir in flour and baking powder.
  • 5. Add sunflower oil and stir with a spoon.
  • 6. It is better to grease the pan with a little oil before spreading the dough. Bake in a well-heated skillet.
