Cooking method

  • Put the bird in a multicooker saucepan, season with salt, bay leaves, peppercorns, add water, put on the "Stew" program for 1.5 hours. When the bird is ready, take it out of their broth, separate it from the bones, take it apart by fibers, set it aside.
