Ksyushnka, it's a nice soup!
What if I put oatmeal instead of bread?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Oh, what is it?
lu_estrada
Oh. Oh. Ksyushenka, I couldn't remember, this is oatmeal, that's why she wrote oatmeal -oatmeal. hee hee
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Ahhh, yes it's oatmeal, or rather oatmeal flour. You can take it, instead of bread, about a tablespoon.

When I saw "oatmeal" I remembered that there is a dog shampoo with that name. I decided to ask again what you mean. I didn't think that shampoo could be with oats.

The soup is notable, you can immediately see that each calorie is in its place, but I've got used to adding oatmeal instead of bread everywhere, and meatballs and cutlets, and meatballs, it seems to me that they turn out to be more tender. And now I'll run the soup and I'll cook it like that. Thanks for the recipe

Irina, Thank you so much !

I am lazy to grind oatmeal, although I know how delicious it is with them.

Ksenia, and I never grind oatmeal into flour, I add flakes. It is very tasty, and not only in minced meat, but also in fish, and in curd pastries too, even lazy dumplings with oatmeal.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
No, not in flour, of course, but still I like small pieces of cereal more than "bast shoes".

Irishk @, and you pre-soak the flakes, if yes, then what is milk or water? And for the meatballs, the ratio of minced meat to cereal? Thank you in advance.
Irishk @
I take flakes that do not require cooking, without grinding, I pour them directly into the minced meat, to be honest by eye, well, maybe a fourth of the minced meat, during the cooking process the flakes dissolve in the cutlet and are not even felt, but the taste becomes better, softer and more airy. Try it and decide for yourself how much to add flakes.

This is the whole secret

non-boiling flakes

I don’t buy those. Therefore, you need to grind them, not to dust, of course, but still grind them.
