Sour cream 25 g
Broccoli 60 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour boiling water over the almonds for 10 minutes, peel and fry over low heat until tender. Grind with a rolling pin or in a mortar (too small fraction will turn out in a blender).

  • 2. Boil cabbage (only inflorescences) in boiling salted water for a couple of minutes, chop finely and lightly fry in butter. You do not need to boil, then fry for a longer time. If you find excess fat, place the cabbage on a paper towel.

  • 3. Rub hard cheese on a fine grater and mash with a fork along with cottage cheese and feta until smooth. Add cabbage, almonds, stir and form a ball. Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

  • 4. Peel pomegranate seeds. Roll a ball in them, slightly pressing the grains inward. The surface is not completely covered with grains. Also decorate the spaces with grains - each will need to be inserted separately. A bit painstaking, but what can't you do for the sake of aesthetics?
