Baked pieces of lamb with vegetables

Ingredients

Mutton 400-500 g
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic 2 cloves

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, combine pepper, bay leaf, finely crushed, salt and crushed garlic. Cut the lamb into pieces and rub with the resulting mixture. Leave to infuse for about 1 hour to 2x.
  • Fry in an airfryer on a medium wire rack in any shallow baking sheet for 25 minutes, at 260 g., The fan speed is high. Turn halfway through cooking.
  • Fried vegetables:
  • sweet pepper 1 piece
  • onion 1 large head
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • frozen vegetables 500 gr.
  • Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a pan with crushed garlic until slightly golden brown. Add bell pepper cut into squares and fry for another 5 minutes + frozen vegetables and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. At the end, add more chopped greens.

Note

The meat is very juicy and tender. I think you could add some pomegranate or cranberry sauce here.
