Ingredients

Flour 3-3.5 st
Margarine 500 g
Yolks 3 pcs.
Sugar 125 g
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Coconut flakes 50-70 g
Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Grate cold margarine. Combine all dry ingredients (sugar, flour, baking powder and coconut) and rub with margarine. Add yolks and sour cream. Knead a soft elastic dough. Send to refrigerator for 30-50 minutes.
  • And then - a matter of technology. I used the abs attachment. Tongues with coconut (crumbly kurabye)
  • From the specified amount of food, just over 2 trays are obtained. I squeezed out the tape and then cut it into pieces. You can stack it quite tightly - the dough does not change much in volume and does not spread in width.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 * for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden brown.
  • Sprinkle generously with icing sugar while still hot.
  • You can add vanilla or other spices to taste if desired. The amount of coconut is arbitrary. If someone does not consume coconut at all, you can bake it without it. In any case, the cookies are very crumbly.

Be sure to try! At first glance, it seems that there is a lot of fat, but this gives such a crumbly structure of cookies. The main thing is not to do it very thickly. If you just cut out with figures, then thicker than 0.5 cm you do not need to swing.
