  • Bake pancakes according to your favorite recipe (I got 11 pancakes for a small multi).
  • Boil the sauce for 5 minutes, when it cools slightly, add 2 yolks. I added chicken spices.
  • Assembly:
  • Lubricate with cartoon rast. oil. At the bottom, place 4 pancakes in a fan so that the sides are closed. See photo 1

  • Top with the last pancake.
  • Baked for 40 + 40 minutes.
  • Everything was baked into one continuous pie.
  • delicious. Hearty. I just didn't figure out how to decorate. Ate with my husband for 3 days instead of the second course, very satisfying.
  • It is convenient to bake pancakes in advance, boil eggs, rice, so it will take less time.

Note

I thought, I thought how to make it. I made a multi-cooker version, without puff pastry, which serves as a "poltishkom" or "fur coat" for the chicken coaster.

Looks great !! And I think it tastes great too !!!
You will not believe it, but thought is material. At the moment I am also making kurnik. First time in my life. Now I'm cooking a chicken. I looked at your sauce recipe, it seemed to me more interesting than in my recipe. But I'll cook in the oven.

I considered rice to be absolutely superfluous there, and I did not quite create it, but the idea is the same, for which many thanks to the author!
So I have my own little stuffing:
1 layer - boiled chicken, torn in pieces, and it is poured with a mixture of sour cream and feta cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Pancake on top.
2 layer - champignons, fried in butter with onions, sprinkled with hard Russian cheese. Pancake.
3 layer - boiled egg, (4 pcs) finely chopped and fried onions with carrots (grated) and spices (all kinds of herbs). Poured with sour cream and feta cheese sauce. Pancake
4 layer - again chicken with fried onions, sprinkled with sauce and all the pancakes wrapped on top.
All this was baked for 40 minutes in a large-diameter split form at a temperature of 190 gr. And you can easily in a cartoon

I did it in a detachable form of a large diameter, and not in a cartoon. The pancakes were smaller than the shape itself, so they had to overlap them, for which it looks like 2 pancakes in some places.Well, from the bottom (which is the top on the plate) blo p; t in 6 pancakes with hanging edges also overlap each other

Yesterday I made a pancake chicken in the cartoon and it had to be left in the cartoon for a while, I also covered it with a napkin from the top - everything is fine, nothing got on the product. Made in Perfezza PR-56, this multicooker without a baking mode.

Assembly:
Bake 16 pieces of pancakes in advance.

Layers:
1 layer - boiled chicken, cut into small pieces (gr. 300)
2nd layer - fried mushrooms with onions as much (I took 500 gr.)
3 layer - 5 boiled eggs, cut or grated (to taste)
4th layer - 100 g of boiled rice, sprinkled all layers with herbs (dill)

Sauce:
2 cups chicken broth, in which the chicken was cooked, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 table. l. drain oil, 0.5 cups sour cream, boil for 5 minutes, so that it thickens, when it cools a little, add 2 yolks.

We collect the cake:
Grease a saucepan with rast. oil. At the bottom, place 4 pancakes in a fan so that the sides are closed.
We put the filling in any sequence, layering with a pancake. Pour 3-4 tbsp of sauce over each filling. spoons. Top with the last pancake.

Baked for 40 minutes on CRISPY RICE mode. With two shutdowns until the countdown. Everything was baked into one continuous pie.

Alenka! How did you get your pastries there?
CLASS !!!! I am very, very happy !!! Thank you!!!
I baked pancakes on the chicken the day before (I thought that they would stay, wondered what to stuff or so, they would eat up with sour cream, but ALL the pancakes are gone, into business!). The chicken was fried in the AG (I had broth, and in the AG the juice and fat leaked decently, now we also need to dispose of it) There was still a little cheese left, which was in danger of winding up, I rubbed it too. Everything else is prescription. This is SUCH yummy !!! Nourishing is unrealistic! My troglody husband immediately noticed this. True, due to the increased delicacy, it is eaten very quickly.
