Bulb onions 1 PC.
Sour cream 150 ml

Fine salt 3/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 h. L.
Sunflower oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I have been preparing this dish for many years. This is our family's favorite way of cooking liver.
  • Everyone especially loves the delicate sauce. Everyone is vigilant that he is not cheated and the side dish is poured with a sufficient amount of sauce. Often, pushing aside the liver, we simply soak it with bread.
  • This easy-to-prepare dish is great in a skillet and multicooker. Today's recipe for a pressure cooker.
  • I recommend you try this delicious liver too.

  • (Then I describe the preparation by the minute, focusing on the countdown of the time "P10", "P9", "P8", etc. until the sound signal.)
  • "P10": Place the pieces of liver in hot oil.
  • "P5": Salt the liver on one side (1/4 tsp), turn over. Add oils if required. Lay the bow. Spread it out in a thin layer, sliding the liver towards the sides of the pan.

  • P.S. If you hesitated and did not have time to quickly pour the sauce and close the lid to establish pressure, then after "Frying" set "Manual" mode, pressure - 3, 1 minute. Keep it on "Heating" for 3-5 minutes.

The dish is designed for

3-4 servings

Note

I often change the ratio of sour cream and water in the sauce. The taste, it seems to me, is not very much affected.

If you cook this dish in a pan or in a slow cooker, reduce the amount of salt in the sauce (to 1/2 tsp.) The pressure cooker "eats" salt when working under pressure.

Shelena, tell me, can you cook such a liver in a slow cooker?
Olesya, sure you may! On "Pastry" or "Frying". The frying time is 8 minutes, as here. Then hold it under a closed lid for another 5-7 minutes. And the actions are the same (turning, pouring, adding salt ...) Only slightly less salt (see the note to the recipe).
A similar recipe for Brand was exhibited at the Mult.ke. You can also look there to be sure! (Don't just pay attention to what she was doing there in the "Milk Porridge" mode, in that model it corresponded to "Fry".)

Elena, thanks, it was mega tasty !!! I love your recipes.
Now I walk in circles, together with the cat, so that I don’t get everything at once. I made a double portion at once.
Shelena
Zhenya, Thank you!
I also love this liver. I don't have it for a long time. And without the help of the cat, they sweep away very quickly.
A double portion is a great option for lovers of this dish.
