Ingredients

Water 220 ml
yolks 4 things
butter 100 g
salt 1 tsp
sugar 5 tbsp. l
vanillin pinch
flour 500 g
dry yeast 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter, cool to room temperature. Pour water, oil into a bucket of hp, add yolks, salt, sugar, vanillin, sift flour and yeast on top.
  • Bake on the "Sweet bread" program, light crust, weight 750, 3 hours 20 minutes.
  • Incredibly delicious breakfast bread! Very aromatic, delicate crumb and crisp. It does not harden for a long time.

baked on a panasonic 2502. it turned out very airy and tasty. the bread had risen enough to propped up the lid. but this did not affect its taste and practically did not affect its appearance. unfortunately no photo. it was too late and didn’t think to take a picture
