Bolognese sauce (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)

Ingredients

Ground beef 250 g
Large tomato 4 things
Garlic 4 cloves
Tomato pata 3 tbsp
Finely grated hard cheese 100 g
Red wine 150 ml
Spices (Provencal herbs) 1 tsp
Basil 1 tsp
Cream 33% 150 ml
Medium carrots 1 PC
Yellow onion medium 1 PC
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the vegetables. Crush the garlic.
  • 2. Pour oil into the blender and turn it on at 100 g. Put the garlic, as soon as the aroma of garlic has gone, put the chopped onions (not large), mix, then add the carrots + tomato paste, mix again. Add the tomato and chop with a blender at 2 speeds. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Add minced meat + spices + wine to the mass, mix everything and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. During cooking, open the cap so that excess moisture evaporates. During cooking, the sauce will boil down by 150 ml of the original volume. Add cream 5 minutes before the end of the program. Mix. As the program finishes cooking - beat the mass at 4 speeds.

  • Bon appetit and good mood!

Time for preparing:

1 hour

Note

I very rarely made sauces for different dishes, but now I really liked this business. The minimum of dirty dishes and body movements is not so much, you do not need to stand at the stove and constantly stir with a spoon, then beat, filter. The sauce turned out to be quite homogeneous and very tasty!

All! I will no longer allow them to buy ready-made sauce. Let them cook themselves in Proficus.

After all, it is possible to pour such a sauce hot into sterilized jars and close it, blanks like in a flash, if you get a lot

And, probably, you can put it in small bags and - in the freezer.

In general, the main thing is to cook a lot, and then the imagination is already limitless

Thank you! Yes, the sauce can be in cans, but you probably have to drip vinegar so as not to sour! And for sure, you can put it in the freezer! I just have a cupcake mold, develop it into it, freeze it, and then put it into a bag - if necessary, then I took out a portion, Warmed up and you're done! Thanks for the idea, Medunitsa!
