Fried chicken with baked vegetables

How I cook fried chicken.
Rub the chicken carcass generously with salt, crushed garlic and ground pepper.
I put it overnight or even for a day in an enameled dish in a cool place.
I thoroughly rinse off everything that I rubbed with running water. Until squeak.
I put the carcass on the back in a large, thick frying pan without a handle or on a baking sheet.
I add some water.
I send it to the oven with a temperature of 200 degrees.
I pour from a spoon with the liquid that is under the chicken.
I turn it over onto my tummy.
Then back again.
I take out the finished chicken, and put the halves of the potatoes in the liquid,
carrot and onion rings, garlic. If there is, I add mushroom halves.
Salt, pepper,
I bake the potatoes until tender.
Serving by covering the chicken with baked ready-made potatoes

Wow, I did it a little differently! I put vegetables dipped in a chicken marinade on a greased baking sheet (slices of zucchini, tomatoes, pepper - everything that turned out to be at hand, and then I put the chicken and bake everything together. The most delicious zucchini are obtained (this is my husband's opinion)
