I made a conversion to a loaf of 500 grams of flour, the bun was good, but for some reason the top was white and did not turn brown. I couldn't understand the reason.

I changed the recipe a little. Instead of yogurt and milk, I added sour milk, old and very thick.

Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Flour psh.-350gr.
Salt - 1 tsp.,
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.,
Oil sl-50gr.,
Sour milk-280 ml
Added vanillin and art. l. Nesquick.

Fast mode, 2.00 hours, size M, dark crust.
The bread was also small and all fluffy.

Made a topikstarter recipe. It turned out delicious, thanks a lot!
Subjectively, it seemed to me that it would be worthwhile to slightly increase the baking time (Bork X800 oven, Basic Rapid mode, size 0.75kg, crust Dark (time 02:15)).
To the author: can you lay out the composition for a large loaf (otherwise you ate it very quickly :-))?

So, you can calculate it yourself for any volume:

Good recipe, I've baked it twice already. Thank you But the roof really stays whiter, but it doesn't taste.

Thanks for the bread. I understand, you need to expose the crust DARK?

Today I baked bread according to your recipe, very tasty! I did it on homemade yoghurt, the smell of bread is just super, on sour milk I don't like the sour smell, but on yoghurt that's the thing. Sugar put 1.5 tablespoons and baked on the main mode (3 hours), it turned out a ruddy, tall, very soft and fragrant bread.

Thank you! I like yoghurt bread. And recently I began to add 1 tbsp. l. soft cheese.

Thanks for the recipe! I did it entirely on homemade yogurt without milk on the usual first mode. So gentle! Everyone is delighted

I baked breads on yogurt according to the recipe from the book for the Panasonic bread maker, but the milk turned out to be sour (I realized this only later, when I had already loaded everything into the bucket), worried about the result.
But! About a miracle! Airy, tasty, no sour smell.

Please tell me what is fast mode? In my Gorenje, the fast mode lasts 1 hour 40 minutes, in this mode, 2 kneads for 7 and 8 minutes, respectively, with a five-minute rest between them, then immediately the stove is heated and baked for 1 hour 20 minutes. There is no time for proofing and raising. I suppose, does the fast mode work differently in your HP?
Will I be able to get this recipe on the fast mode or is it better to put it on the regular mode?

what is fast mode?

So you yourself have timed the kneading and baking mode. In practice, this is just kneading dough and baking. And where are the full-fledged proofing of the dough, so necessary for quality dough and bread taste? All this is not!

In practice, the bread is baked using an increased amount of yeast to raise the dough well. But, often at the same time, the bread can turn out dull and with the smell of yeast.

Choose for yourself.

I tried this recipe in two versions - on fast mode and on normal mode. The fast mode in the Gorenje BM 900 W oven for this recipe does not fit from the word at all, a vain translation of products. But during the experiment, I found out that with such proportions of liquid and flour from my products (from others it may be different), but my dough came out too sticky, it stuck to the bottom and to the walls, I had to add flour.
When I baked this bread for the second time, I did not completely add milk and yogurt, I had less than indicated in the recipe - 225 ml, but I did not reduce the amount of flour. This time the bun was what it needed, at least it didn't stick))) The bread rose medium, rather soft, but I wouldn't call it fluffy for sure.
Didn't really like the taste, maybe I had the wrong yogurt?
I used the leftovers of homemade, rather thick, yoghurt, which had stood in the refrigerator for 5 days, probably. Maybe fresh yogurt will taste better or should it be more liquid, drinkable?
I don't even know if I should give this recipe another chance ...
