Thank you girls for your feedback!
Black rice is delicious in itself, you can eat a lot of it just with butter or with this ...
And also useful ...

: hi: Olga, if it's not difficult to explain to the dull ones why you have 3 stages in the preparation of seafood? Is this due to the fact that they are sent to the multicooker with ice cream? I was very interested in your recipe, especially since seafood and rice are a win-win combination.
MariV
This dish was prepared on different programs - at first I cooked rice on "Krupa" and laid it out. Then seafood on "Manual" - defrosting, quick boiling and easy boiling with acid - I do not really trust frozen seafood, and therefore unnecessary heat treatment will not hurt, in my personal opinion.

Ooooh what a combination. I ate black rice only as part of brown rice, and it was delicious. Are these 1: 2 proportions observed in a regular saucepan too? What does soaking give, and how much to cook without soaking?
MariV
I didn't cook it in an ordinary saucepan. How much to cook without soaking? - I don’t know, I didn’t cook it.
