Marineif you don't feel like it, don't buy dried mushrooms - instead of them, you can easily dry them and offer us, suckers, a pink wave - it, of course, is also edible, but after soaking and preliminary boiling. And in appearance they are very similar - the main difference - on the break, the mushrooms have a bluish-greenish color, which remains when salted. Well, and the smell, of course - in saffron milk caps it is indescribable, wonderful!
Volnushka doesn't smell like that.
