Ingredients

Dry yeast 1.75 tsp
Wheat flour 500 g
Semolina 70 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Powdered milk 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Kefir + water 320 ml
Sesame 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Basic mode, XL size, light crust.

Screwdriver! It's not a problem. See how much flour is in the recipe. For Panasonic, 500 g is the size L, it is simply indicated in the XL recipe, since I like the resulting crust of this size. If you need size M, which is 400 g of flour, then just proportionally reduce the amount of other ingredients, that is: 400: 500 = 0.8. All other quantities are multiplied by 0.8. For example, semolina: 70 * 0.8 = 56, round up and take 50 g of semolina. In the recipes, you do not need to measure everything down to a gram, it is better to look at the batch and correct it if something is wrong.
