Ingredients

Sugar 1 tbsp.
Margarine or butter plum 200 g

Cooking method

  • Baked at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  • The cake will rise slightly when you take it out - soft like a biscuit. while it cools, it becomes like a crouton.
  • The most important stuffing - I use two creams.
  • The first is sour cream whipped with sugar, it is used to impregnate the cakes.
  • The second is the usual custard on the yolks.
  • I put the cooled cakes in a mold one by one, soak with the first cream, coat with the second, the top cake is the same.
  • It is desirable to withstand the finished cake for a day, and on the third day it truly becomes Tsarist, if it survives to this day.

This recipe was given to me by my mother, she was a noble baker and pastry chef, I only added custard cream to it, and she always smeared sour cream with sugar thicker and very tasty too.
If I take this cake, I always make it in two portions, I like tall cakes, and usually I put 2 large spoons of honey, I had to close the last on the balcony and hide the handle so that I could endure it for up to a day
