  • When we bake cakes, we usually have scraps of biscuits, shortbread cakes and other things that we take out of the oven, and then put into a mold for greasing, impregnating and actually making cakes.
  • Disposal of such scraps is usually very simple. They are either eaten dry by the household, or licked with the remains of the cream. Everyone has many ways for everyone to register copyright.
  • I also use the above means of "destruction", because we do not throw away such goodies. However, I want to propose another way to dispose of scraps - making sweets from them.
  • The recipe is actually simple.
  • We take scraps of biscuit (in my case, scraps from a chocolate biscuit prepared for the Three Chocolates cake), grind them in a blender, chopped nuts (I have walnuts), soft butter at room temperature, 100 g of melted chocolate (who loves what bitter , milk, etc.), condensed milk (also remained in the jar after making butterscotch).
  • We mix all this stuff with a spatula, a spoon, in the end with our hands ... whoever has what, we form balls (I have a little less walnut) and dip them in melted chocolate (again, who likes what - white, milk, bitter).
  • According to the rules, the chocolate must be tempered - melt the chocolate in a water bath (200g in the recipe), cool, then reheat.

  • I tempered the milk chocolate, into which I dipped the resulting balls. We spread them on parchment paper until the chocolate hardens. Everything, you can try.
  • Those who do not plan sweets for storage, but think about their immediate destruction with tempering, can not bother, but simply melt the chocolate, dip the balls in it and put the resulting wealth in the refrigerator until the chocolate solidifies. As soon as this moment has come (and it has come very quickly), we take out the sweets from the refrigerator and immediately start eating them simply or with tea, coffee, etc.
  • The candies are soft, not sugary. You can vary the tastes (coffee, baileys, etc.), as well as the sweetness of the finished product, which is why I called these sweets "Rainbow of Flavors".
