Rice soup and wave Friendship

Ingredients

Meat 400-500 g
Mash 2 tbsp. l
Rice 1 tbsp. l
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Bitter pepper taste
Garlic 2 teeth

Cooking method

  • Meat: Ideal - fatty lamb. Fatty beef is also good, especially the ribs. Pork is also good. And the chicken. Any meat is good! That's why I wrote: "meat".
  • Mash: be sure to sort it out first, because there are natural stones.
  • Mix mash and rice, rinse, soak overnight. For a multicooker, maybe you don't need to soak ... I haven't tried it.
  • Send meat cut into small pieces, swollen mung bean with rice, carrots grated on a coarse grater, finely chopped onion, salt, hot pepper, garlic into the multicooker, add 1.5 liters of water. Extinguishing program - 2 hours. When serving, add any herbs and favorite spices to a plate.

Such soup was cooked on the stove by my mother-in-law, her eternal rest; she has lived almost all her life in Khujand. She called this soup "Friendship"!
I, according to my usual habit of changing recipes, first tried to sauté carrots and onions, add tomatoes and bell peppers, etc., but soon I became convinced that the most delicious is just as I described here. And, if the meat is not fatty, besides it is absolutely dietary, healthy soup is obtained. And a minimum of cooking effort!
