Smoked salmon mousse

Ingredients

smoked salmon 200 g
ricotta or fatty cottage cheese 1/2 cup
lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
finely chopped red onion 2 sec. l.
capers 2 tsp
chopped fresh green onions 1 tsp
olive oil 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Process:
  • 1. In a food processor, combine smoked salmon (can be substituted for salted red fish), ricotta or cottage cheese (can be substituted for processed cheese and butter), lemon juice, salt and pepper. Beat until creamy. Transfer to a dish.
  • 2. Sprinkle with red onions, capers, green onions. Drizzle with olive oil. (If desired).
  • Great for sandwiches.

Yummy!) Today I left with a bang!
Only this is mousse!
I made one with Jamie Oliver's smoked mackerel. I also liked it very much.
Now I'm thinking of trying it from herring!)

I made a similar one from tuna, there were no capers - there was dill, although it is more suitable for salmon now I will definitely cook it with smoked salmon, mmmm - I can already imagine this taste

A very tasty and simple recipe.

A bunch of fresh parsley.
300 gr. smoked mackerel
200 gr. processed cheese
1 tbsp. horseradish spoon
Grated zest and juice of one lemon
2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil

Mix everything in a blender. Done.
