Ingredients

squid 4 things
eggs 5 pieces
mushrooms frozen 600 g
semi-hard cheese 150-200 g
dill 1 bundle
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Put the defrosted mushrooms in a dry frying pan and let the liquid evaporate. Then add vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms until tender.
  • Break eggs into a pan with mushrooms, add salt and pepper. Fry, stirring the eggs with a spatula, until the mixture sets, about 3 minutes. Add chopped herbs and grated cheese, mix.
  • We stuff the squid carcasses with an egg-mushroom mixture. We pin it with toothpicks. Lubricate the squid with vegetable oil, put it in a mold and send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. We bake for about 20-30 minutes.
  • Cool and chop.
  • I think that hot this dish will also go with a bang.

Sure you may. A similar recipe has been posted recently. I took 3 squid carcasses and peeled them. Boil rice (for 3 carcasses 1 portion bag, I think there are 100-125 grams) until half cooked. Fry the onion (1 pc), add a handful of previously thawed green peas, diced pepper (1/2 or 1, depending on the size), rice and stew everything a little. Season with salt and pepper.

Cool slightly and add 1 egg and grated cheese 100 g.Chop the squid on the narrow side with a toothpick, stuff it not tightly (otherwise the filling will come out), chop the other end too. At the bottom, the multi threw a couple of pieces of butter, poured 20% cream about 150ml (can be replaced with sour cream), added 1 tbsp of tomato paste. Stir the sauce with a spoon, it should be about 1-1.5 cm high. I laid out the squids. Mode "pilaf", cooked for 40 minutes. It turned out very tasty.
