Fish fillet with potatoes in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Fish fillet
(any, I have pink salmon)
600-700 g
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Carrot 1 - 2 pcs.
Potatoes 1 kg
Mayonnaise, cheese, salt, spices

Cooking method

  • Fillet cut into strips and sprinkle with fish spices. Cut the onion into rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  • Put half of the potatoes in a multicooker form and salt it a little. Top with half the onions and carrots, sprinkle with spices and top with mayonnaise to taste. The more mayonnaise, the fatter the dish. Next, lay out all the prepared fish. Above - the remaining onion with carrots and again mayonnaise and spices. Now the remaining potatoes, mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Extinguishing mode for 1h30min. If there are fewer products, then an hour is enough.

Note

The recipe is probably known to many. But we have quite a few fish dishes in a multicooker on the forum. And this one is very simple and very tasty!

Very appetizing and no problem with dinner!

And I made the sole fillet with potatoes and onions. Also in layers, but without carrots and mayonnaise. In the baking mode 30-40 minutes. (40 minutes if the saucepan is full). Very tasty and without oil, because pangasius is a very fatty fish. With telapia, a few spoons of rast. added oil.

Now I'm making a sole ... only I first fried it on "baking", then, in what was melted, I fried carrots and onions, after taking out the fish. I cut the chicken into 8s, mixed it with salt, spices for fish and potatoes, put it in a cartoon, mixed it with carrot and onion frying, put the fish on top and put it on the "pilaf" mode ... ... wait, sir ... ...

Good afternoon everyone!

Somewhere I read a very simple recipe for steaming fish fillets. There was no need to defrost the fish, and the cooking time is record-breaking.

If someone did this, please share!

I rarely defrost fillets. I put carrots and onions cut into rings in a steaming container, you can put any frozen vegetables. I add a little of them and sprinkle with sugar a little. I put fillets on top, add a little salt and sprinkle with spices. After 20-25 minutes you have a finished dish

Thanks for the recipe! Well it can be done on a timer! Daughter fish in any form, but eternal hassle with defrosting!

I also love fish in all its forms. Faced with the fact that after thawing the fillets become inedible, I had to adapt

After 1.3 hours on the Stew - everything is ready as at the time of laying, i.e. raw. Maybe you really need to put on Baking?
Qween
Croissant, I have prepared a full pot of borscht in 1, 5 hours.

Are the food hot or not even heated?
Croissant
well, maybe it's okay below, but potatoes on top (very thin) and grated cheese - like when laying. Well, maybe a little lukewarm. Now I put it for another hour. Maybe what got lost in the program? lid there or something, maybe he wants water
Qween
Or maybe you pressed not "Start", but "Off / Heat"?

For such a time, it should have been unambiguously prepared.
Croissant
well, the screen was 1.3, and then 0 (after a while). Although it seemed to me that it passed less than 1.3.
Qween
"0" may indicate when the "Off / Heat" button is on. And then, every hour is added time.
Maybe someone at home accidentally turned off the program you specified.
Well, nothing, now your fish will definitely be prepared.

Qween, thanks for your participation, we wait another hour. About domestic "pests" - hardly, they themselves do not want to eat enemies. And at home, at the moment, only the man is lying on the couch, he has an alibi
Qween
You will write later how things are with the fish.

8 minutes left - the potato is not that raw, but not ready either. I will put on baked goods. Shota didn't work for me with this recipe. That's a completely different matter - 40 minutes. on Baking and you're done. Delicious, they said, let's continue doing this

Electricity could still jump, so there was a discharge. I had the same thing, it was just 1.30 and after a couple of minutes it's already 0, it's good that I saw it in time. Now I'm afraid to set the timer, our electricity constantly jumps at night.

not very similar

cut the catfish fillet into strips, cut potatoes into circles, onions in half rings. Grease the baking sheet with oil, I put the foil.
I spread half a potato a strip of fish and onions, alternate, sprinkle with salt, basil, pepper, a little sour cream or mayonnaise on top, cranberries, cover with foil and in the oven, you can sprinkle a little water with grated cheese before cooking. and prepare without foil ... Sprinkle with herbs ...
A beautiful thing turns out. If there are no cranberries, take a lemon.

: hi: Yesterday I made potatoes with cod (thawed), stewed for 2 hours. Added various dry seasonings. Everything was just gorgeous and delicious!

The recipe is wonderful! Yesterday I did it, though I set the pilaf mode, as it seemed to me that there would be a lot of liquid. The result is excellent, everything was prepared perfectly We ate almost everything for dinner!
