Honey cake from Andreevna (multicooker Brand 701)

Ingredients

Flour 160 g
Chicken egg 3 pcs.
Granulated sugar 2 multi-glasses
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Refined vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Boiling water 1 tbsp. l.
Steamed raisins 1.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Steam the raisins.
  • Mix flour with baking powder.
  • We dilute coffee with half a tablespoon of water.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Beat the whites until stable peaks, then add 1 multi-glass of granulated sugar in small portions.
  • Put honey, 1 glass of granulated sugar in the yolks, beat well, then add coffee, boiling water and vegetable oil.
  • Mix the yolk mass with a mixer at low speed together with the proteins, put the flour with baking powder and raisins in two steps, mix by "folding".
  • Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, spread the dough.
  • We put on the "Baking" for 65 minutes, then turn off the multicooker, leave it with the lid closed for another 20 minutes.
  • Then we remove the bowl, wait until it cools down, carefully take out the cake.
  • We are waiting for it to cool completely (it is better to leave it overnight), cut into 4 cakes.
  • We coat with any cream or jam, decorate as best we can.

Does honey feel strongly in the cake?
MariV
The taste depends on the quality of the honey - I have honey with a light taste of herbs and acacia, that is, there is practically no taste in the cake, there is a taste of coffee.
Marina111
That's about half Shula's recipe, right?
MariV

Hi everyone, I am for help this time !!! I can't understand what's the matter I'm baking in the cartoon for a long time everything was great, but the last 2 times, for some reason, drops on top of the biscuit did everything as usual !!! I rozstroyena International Federation of Journalists who knows tell me pliz !!!
MariV
olga0807, do not be upset about this. Condensation drops?
olga0807
yes condensation but you have to cut deeply, but before that this was not possible, maybe the cartoon is aging ??
MariV
olga0807Perhaps your multicooker began to overheat a little over time, therefore there is more condensation. You can contrive when opening and move the drops not to the biscuit.
