Ingredients

water 1,5L
dried rose hips 500ml
vanilla 1pod
sugar 150ml

Cooking method

  • Pour the washed rose hips into a large saucepan, add water, let it boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  • Turn off the heat, pour the jelly along with the rose hips into a blender and grind.

This action worries me in the recipe: pour the jelly together with the rose hips into a blender and grind. There are many tiny bristles inside the rosehip shell, I don't think they will be caught by a strainer when filtering. But the stomach and intestines are unlikely to please such a "gift". It will be interesting to know the opinion of doctors

Alim, I filtered through a dense fabric (namely fabric, not gauze). No bristles got into the jelly itself
