Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 200 g
Water 260 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Honey (liquid) 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Mixes Sovital 200 g

Cooking method

  • Size - small, crust - medium,
  • When mixing, I added 2 tbsp. l. whole grain flour. Gingerbread man is more like a rye one. I went up well, almost on the whole bucket.

I baked with pumpkin, financial mix, Victoria, softcorn, and something else. everything is delicious and lush and the texture is very delicate.
I usually bake 400 grams of millet. flour and 80 g of the mixture.
and in the last breads, it began to replace 50 grams of wheat with rye. bread, of course, turns out lower, but for my taste, better: more aromatic and denser.
