Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until thick foam, gradually add flour with salt, vanillin and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly. While the dough is cooking my apples and tangerines. We clean the apples, cut out the core. Cut into thin slices. Cut the tangerines with the peel into slices. Grease the bottom of a saucepan with butter. Pour half of the dough. On the dough, gently fan the apples, tangerines on them. Pour over the remaining dough. On top of the dough, I added 5 teaspoons of currant jam (you can do anything) and drew stains with a wooden stick.
  • We bake on the "Porridge" mode for 3 hours.

I have met more than one such question on the forum. The answers are unsatisfactory or not. I have the same staff. Does not bake 0.3 on Kasha. I decided to start experimenting again with the selection of a baking program.
