Ingredients
Large carrots 1 kg
Meat 350 g
Bulbs 2 pcs.
Butter 50 g
Eggs 4 pcs.
Cheese 150 g
Salt, spices to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method

1. Wash carrots, peel, boil until half cooked. Special cut the core with a knife.
2. Pass the cheese, meat, onion, carrot core through a meat grinder. Add melted butter, 2 eggs, salt, spices to the minced meat and mix well.
3. Stuff the carrots, cut them into 3-3.5 cm slices, moisten in an egg, roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
