Chops "A moment of happiness"

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 1 kg
Korean carrots 300gr
Hard cheese 100gr.
Mayonnaise 100gr.
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil
bouillon cube 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Wash the fillet, dry it, cut into 1.5 cm thick slices, beat off. Season with salt and pepper to taste, dip in mayonnaise and place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
  • Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Dissolve the broth cube in a glass of warm boiled water.
  • Put Korean-style carrots on the chops, sprinkle with hard cheese. Drizzle with broth.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  • Bake the dish for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Place on a plate and decorate to taste.
