Chicken cutlets stuffed with cheese

Ingredients

chicken fillet 700 g
hard cheese 150 g
bulb onions 1 PC
egg 1 PC
butter 50 g
salt pepper taste
flour / bread crumbs
frying oil

Cooking method

  • I received another magazine from my husband "Poultry and Game Dishes" and could not resist ... The recipe for these cutlets pleases with the simplicity of preparation, and the taste will not disappoint you!
  • We pass the fillet through a meat grinder along with onions. I had minced meat without onions, so I grated it on a grater - I shed a tear (they say it's very useful!).
  • Then add the egg, salt, pepper and mix.
  • Rub the cheese on a fine grater and combine with butter. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • We divide the minced meat into several equal parts, from which we make cakes. Put a ball of cheese in the center and cover with another cake on top. Smooth the edges - form a ball. Roll in breadcrumbs or flour.
  • Fry in a well-heated pan, put in a saucepan or saucepan, add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
