Buckwheat soup with sesame seeds (lean) in a multicooker Redmond RMC-01

Ingredients

Buckwheat 0.3-0.5 mst
Hot water 3 mst
Small carrots 1 PC
Sesame 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Sweet red pepper 0.5 pcs
Small tomato 1 PC
Salt taste
Adjika 1-3 st. l.
Coriander, ginger, turmeric taste

Cooking method

  • Pour vegetable oil into a bowl. Switch on the "Steam" mode.
  • While the bowl is heating up (always with oil evenly applied along the bottom!), Chop the carrots, chop the pepper, and free the tomato from the skin.
  • We put sesame seeds in a bowl, lightly fry. We lay carrots, blanch.
  • Then we put pepper and tomato, put out. This time I didn't have any pepper or tomato, I used adjika (2-3 tbsp. L.). And if with pepper, tomato and adjika, then it turns out even tastier
  • We lay the washed buckwheat. Add hot (!) Water. Add salt and spices.

Oh, and me! And if you try to put pickled tomatoes there instead of fresh ones? Also, probably, it will turn out well? I'll try tomorrow, then I'll report back!
Mannochka, thanks for the recipe!

I love pickled green tomatoes with wheat crumbs, and I've never tried red ones in soups I'll wait for impressions
Vasilica
Mannochka, cool soup! Very interesting about sesame, I didn't even think that it could be used in soup. Need to try. Thanks for the idea !
And we love buckwheat very much, at the end I squeeze out a clove of garlic, and also green tea. Mmmm mnya!
Pava tree
How many servings will you get from a given amount of food?
Manna
Oh, well, everything is individual here ... For someone, this is one portion ... For someone, three is enough for me 2 times

Mannochka, I have a big, big thank you! I cooked this soup. For lack of fresh tomatoes and peppers at home, I put 2 pickled tomatoes, as I was going to. She took off the skin, cut it not too finely (I have them very dense this year) and sweat it along with the carrot. Everything else is exactly according to the recipe. It turned out sooooo tasty! Sesame seeds - in soup --- I would never have guessed it! Next time I will try to pour broth instead of hot water, but it will not be a lean soup at all ...
Manna
Check mark, I'm so glad you liked the soup And with pepper it tastes even better
gala10
With pepper will be - another option! Look how many options are already on one base!

Mannochka, wow, how interesting. This is a very unusual recipe for me. Lean soup is very useful. Now, so that my husband eats up the fish as soon as possible, I will immediately cook this one. Huge merci!
Manna
Oh, Lenochka, I'm glad that I liked the recipe I will wait for your impressions It is especially interesting how a man will perceive it (my man does not eat such)
Robin bobin
And my husband is a soup eater)) He, in my opinion, does not understand at all which soup is lean, meat, if only there was soup)))

Mannochka, thanks, I liked the soup. Only here the number for us is - generally not serious. I did it for 1.5 cups of buckwheat, and without tomatoes, only with adjika. Delicious and very unusual. The husband said simply, without much enthusiasm, that it was delicious, but the biggest achievement was the super praise of "normal" from the eldest son. He usually eats soups only at grandmothers under a gun.
But the post will end, I will make it with chicken fillet. Something he leads me to such thoughts, although already delicious
Manna
Lenochka, I am so glad that you liked the soup I am especially glad that my son liked the soup - this is the main praise

Well, why not experiment with broth then? I just cook for myself without meat, and for meat-eaters, of course, it should be delicious on chicken broth
Larra
An interesting variant !!! I have never cooked soup with buckwheat, probably delicious))) you will definitely have to try
Manna
So I cooked it in another baby
