Ingredients

Yeast puff pastry 300 gr.
Minced meat any 300-400 gr
bulb onions 2 heads
salt and pepper taste
Sesame for sprinkling
vegetable oil for lubrication

Cooking method

  • The recipe from the site of the cook. ru for the oven. Made in the cartoon, it turned out very tasty !!!!
  • Fry onion and minced meat and cool. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cool down. We take the finished puff yeast dough. Roll out a little and cut into strips of about 5-6 cm.
  • We spread the filling on each. Then we pinch the edges of the strips, dipping our hands in flour. Sausages are obtained. Place a circle of baking paper on the bottom of the bowl. Lubricate the multicooker bowl and circle with vegetable oil.
  • We lay the sausages with a seam down in a spiral. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Note

The pie is very juicy and tasty, but small. It tastes like samsa. Bake 2 servings at once - it is eaten very quickly. You can use different fillings.

What an interesting recipe, Oles! I will definitely cook it. Interestingly, but simply from puff pastry it will turn out? I have no puff yeast! And also, tell me, please, and for what purpose baking paper? To make it easier to take out, or is the cake fried to the bottom without it?

Thank you! The floris has a very thin bowl, so I always put baking paper to prevent the dough from sticking. The pie would stick without her. A simple dough is also possible, the cake does not rise in a slow cooker, it seems to me there will be no difference. Try it, then unsubscribe !!!
