Note

It is better to take small Hercules, then it will be more plastic. But even so delicious, it looks like kazinaki. It is better to cut dried apricots and raisins into smaller pieces (I was in a hurry, so the raisins fall out).

What a fine fellow! I will definitely have to try. Thanks for the recipe!

Assalom aleikum, Vasilikapa! Listen, well, you've got a gingerbread - the beauty is straight! I strongly suspect she's also delicious! And although I myself do not adhere to fasting, I am going to cook it for my mother-in-law for the New Year, as a dessert. Thank you honey for a great idea! And then I often rack my brains, if a feast falls on a post, what to cook for my mother-in-law.

Vasilica, thanks for the recipe! Most likely tomorrow I will try it in action, because the fast has already begun, and I want baking. But what if tamped into muffin tins? What do you think will work out?
Elena Tim, try to make lean charlotte with oranges, this is my favorite recipe, I bake it in a slow cooker in the form of a charlotte, and in the form of muffins, add oranges, tangerines, apples, which is - always an excellent result. The recipe is on the website.

Assalom aleikum, Vasilikapa!

Valeikum assalom, Elenaopa! Thank you so much! Yes, very tasty, there is nothing left. Actually, I also don't fast, I just really love baked goods with oatmeal. And then they brought me our raisins, dried apricots and nuts - how not to use all this deliciousness.

But for a mother-in-law ... I don't even know, he is a little dry. But if you take rolled oats for quick cooking, and replace some of the dried fruits with sour berries (currants, cranberries, etc.), you will get such a moist pie.
Vasilica
sima12, Thanks for attention! I really hope you enjoy it. As for cupcakes, why not. It should work. I'll wait for the report.
Vasilica
Pulisyan, Thank you so much! Be sure to cook very easily and quickly. I will wait for the review.

Valeikum assalom, Elenaopa!
Aaaaa! And "oops" came to me! My mother, when she wants to mock me or just naughty something, puts her hand on her solar plexus in a completely theatrical way (you know, how the Uzbeks do when they apologize or thank you) and in a drawn-out way, howling, she says: “Kechirasiiiz, Lenapaaa! ", - At such moments I usually roll around laughing. Especially in light of the fact that my own mother treats me like an older sister! At the same time, he makes such a cunning face - you will laugh!

What a funny Uzbek bazaar you have here
I was in Tashkent only once, and there in the market everyone shouted: - "Sister, sister, come and buy pomegranates, melons, pamidor!"))))
These "sister" and "brother" were not so familiar to me, but it's fun!))) And you have so many memories!

Vasilika, I baked a gingerbread, made it in tins and baked in the oven. I also made 1 multi-glass. Straight nigella turned out, I have buckwheat honey, dark:Lean mat (multicooker Redmond RMC-01) I tried the slice right away, while the oatmeal is felt, it is necessary that it must be infused. They will freeze - and they will definitely look like Kozinaki. At first they rose in tins, just like muffins flooded, but then settled.
I added walnuts and prunes.
Vasilica
Sima, thank you very much for the report! Hope you liked it?
It turned out straight chocolate - apparently, honey and prunes gave such a color. Yes, the oatmeal is felt, but I even love it.

By the way, I have now put on a new gingerbread, with minor changes. Let's see what happens.

Vasilika, just please, don't forget to whistle later - what exactly did you change! Okay? So that we are aware of.

The rug stood and tasted completely different. I went well with the seagull. And in the morning my husband took with him to work and said that it was breakfast instead of porridge - here is his favorite oatmeal, honey, prunes, nuts, in short, everything he adds to oatmeal.

Dry rations?
And I think she reminds me, I remembered - energy bars. And my husband also confirmed, said that the rise in strength and he overworked because of this.

Here I show and tell. I always buy oatmeal 1 number, long cooking. The last gingerbread baked from it, it turned out to be a little crumbly. I like this, but I wanted to know how it will be with small flakes.
Today in the store I have already reached out for number 3 and next to me I saw bags of porridge (which you just need to brew with boiling water). I remembered that since the summer I have had a bunch of these bags (they took them on the road and almost never used them). The hand did not rise to throw them away, but they do not want to eat them (in the presence of normal cereals, and even they are very sweet). So it dawned on me - the flakes are small, there is already sugar, and all kinds of dried fruits.
And I also wanted to slightly reduce the amount of oil, I remember that Alexandra always recommends replacing the oil with 0% cottage cheese.
Here's what happened. A bag of porridge, as in the photo. I added a little of my own cereal to the multi-cup. One Art. a spoonful of cottage cheese and topped up with butter up to 1/2 mst. Reduced sugar. I cut the raisins in half, and smaller dried apricots.Already when I was kneading, the dough was different, more plastic, softer.
Well, really, in the end it looks more like a cupcake-gingerbread. Softer, more uniform structure.

Tomorrow, too, I will repeat myself. Last time I fried the flakes a little, and then grinded them, but not into flour, but just small fragments. Me on the next. I especially liked the taste of the day, this was unusual, my Kovrizhski muffins were infused, nuts + fried oatmeal also gave a nutty flavor, and they turned out to be so satisfying

Vasilica, wonderful gingerbread! I baked it late last night. I wanted to bake something, I immediately found your recipe. I have dried apricots and raisins. It was just a miracle. I have several bags of oatmeal, but I ate too much)))) now there is a place to dispose of.
Vasilica
TatyanaHow glad I am that I liked it! Thank you very much for your feedback and I apologize for the late reply.
