Ingredients

Warm milk 500 g
Dry yeast 11 g
Sugar 5 tbsp
Salt 0.5 h l
Rast oil 0.5 cups
Flour 6 glasses
For glaze:
Sugar 1 glass
Milk 1/4 cup
Butter (you can not add to the post) 2 tbsp
Vanillin (or rum, or coffee, or cocoa)

Cooking method

  • Dissolve the yeast in a glass of milk with a spoonful of sugar. I knead the dough in a food processor. Sift flour into a bowl, pour out the remaining milk, sugar, knead a little. Add vegetable oil. Knead until a coma is formed. Then, having greased your hands with rast oil, take out the dough and knead it a little more with your hands (the dough is quite dense and kneads easily). Leave for 30-40 minutes, covered with a damp towel, to proof. Sometimes I put it in a slow cooker on the Yogurt mode for 15-20 minutes under a damp towel. Making the glaze. Mix butter, milk and add vanilla to sugar. Stir and put on fire, cook until slightly thickened. Roll out the dough into a layer, grease slightly! butter and sprinkle with sugar. Roll up and cut into plastics about 2 cm. Flatten the plastic on one side to make a rose. Place the plastics on a dish lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180g, buns will do during this time. Lubricate the rose with glaze with a brush. Remove the buns from the oven 10-15 minutes before they are ready and grease well again. Bake until beautiful.

Thank you, unfortunately there is no bread machine on the farm. And I put it in a slow cooker on the Yogurt mode for 15-20 minutes.
