  • Mushrooms in the multicooker Bork u700img] https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/gallery/albums/userpics/67589/20131126_160707.jpg Turn on the ROASTING mode, pour a small amount of vegetable (olive) oil into the multicooker bowl, put onions and carrots and fry until golden brown, without turning off the program, add mushrooms (there were doubts that everything would not fit) but right before our eyes the mushrooms settled and gave juice, turn off program and let the multicooker cool for 5 minutes, at this time salt, pepper and add your favorite seasonings. We close the bowl, turn on the program. Buckwheat (after a few minutes, a strong release of steam began and all the cooking time (20-25 minutes) the valve on the steam condensation unit was spinning like a top. After the cooking signal, turn off the heating (there was absolutely no liquid in the bowl, there was only a little oil that was used when roasting)
  • We make a dressing of sour cream (mayonnaise) and garlic, add greens, and serve.

The dish is designed for

enough

Time for preparing:

30 minutes

Cooking program:

buckwheat

Note

In our family, one little man doesn't want to eat mushrooms (I don't know who told him a terrible tale in childhood), so we have to cook separately. These mushrooms can be served hot or cold as a salad (with more garlic and herbs added). The recipe is very simple, but I am writing it because I was very pleased with the GRECHKA program, I did not even expect that it would cope with so much liquid.

Super! Fine. I also did it on buckwheat, it evaporates everything well.
Our cartoon is the coolest! And then they scolded her poor, scolded ... for the price ... I read these scoldings and cooked in it for a year already, I didn’t want to argue with .... Finally, the people fell ... they cook ... and everyone likes it. I am very happy!

Thank you Tanyusha, I will try! I also have some people spitting mushrooms, so for myself in one and a small portion - the Buckwheat mode is very good!

Yes, I rolled in general purely by accident, because I got it almost 2.5 times cheaper than we sell here Well, I dreamed about it from the very beginning, as we started a topic here

Irin, Julia is glad that it comes in handy. If it were not for Lisa's tips for chicken that the breast is good for buckwheat, thighs for RICE, probably for me these programs would only be for rice and buckwheat :) There is very little information on temperatures and at least what it would be if there were no descriptions for the modes, but I hope that each brick by brick, and we will build our own house, and then we will enjoy, for whom ice, for whom, cake, and for whom more meat

Thank you very much for the recipe! I will definitely try to do so.I love mushrooms in any form, especially with sour cream.

Such a question: when everything boiled away through the cap, did the liquid also fill in the condensate compartment? What do you do if it starts to flow out of there, and there is still time before the end of the program? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Tatyana, unsubscribe. I made mushrooms today. It turned out very tasty. Only I changed the process a little. Instead of Buckwheat, I put Multipovar 103 * for 17 minutes.
