  • Somehow I wanted to bake some bread, but unusual. A pack of 4% cottage cheese was lying in the refrigerator, I was thinking where it could be applied. I'm not a professional in baking bread, just learning, but this recipe will make everyone have great bread.
  • So add warm milk, water, yeast, sugar, salt, a pack of cottage cheese to the bowl, stir the mass well, add butter and flour. To be honest, I definitely didn't lay down flour. Well, probably as in the recipe and it came out. Then she put our bun for proofing in a slow cooker, Yogurt mode for an hour. An hour later, the bread rose well and I put it on the Baking mode for 1 hour.
