Ingredients

Sour cream (I took 15%) 100-150 g
Butter 30 g
Olive oil 1-2 tablespoons
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I wanted meat, beef. Shtebik makes tasty meat. Prepared. The recipe is simple, but the meat tastes spicy.
  • Preparation:

  • Fry stirring occasionally.
  • 3. We clean the mushrooms, cut them arbitrarily.
  • 4. After completing Roasting, add mushrooms, sour cream, some more salt and pepper to the bowl. We mix everything. Meat mode, pressure 0.7, 20 minutes.
  • If you are not sure about the tenderness of the meat, set it for 30 minutes. I didn't release the pressure.
  • Served with buckwheat from little Panasik. In general, any side dish will do. Bon Appetit!
