Butter 15 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Flour 300 g
Rye flour 150 g
Caraway 1 tbsp. l. + sprinkle on top
Dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp

  • I have a Mirta BM 1613 bread machine. It turns out very, very tasty bread, dense and aromatic.
  • I am doing this:
  • I take out the mold and install the dough paddles.
  • I pour water into the mold, pour milk powder, put butter, salt, flour, a little caraway seeds and very yeast in the last one. It is very important that the yeast does not come into contact with water.
  • Then I put the mold back in the bread maker. I turn on the mode: Basic. I choose the color of the crust: medium. After the beep, before the bread is baked, grease with water and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  • After finishing cooking, I take out the bread from the mold.
  • P.S. Since rye flour is low in gluten, it must be mixed with white flour to make a good, raised crust bread.
