I want to share my impressions of the Mirta BM1613 bread maker.

Recently my husband and I decided to get a bread maker, since the family, although small, but everyone has different tastes: serve white bread to your husband, I like black bread more, and besides, my daughter is allergic to gluten. We read the information on the websites, listened to the consultants in the stores, decided on Delongy, but in the end we bought Mirta model BM1613. And we do not regret our choice at all, but on the contrary, we are very satisfied. And that's why:
First, POWER. Yes, the power of this model is small: 550 W, and someone will say: that bread will not be large and fluffy, and it will bake for a very long time. Nothing like this! The first was Basic Bread. The bread turned out to be beautiful, ruddy, fluffy (!) And very tasty. The crust was simply incomparable! And in time, for everything about everything - 3 hours, give or take. And why overpay for the extra capacity of expensive brands and for the consumed electricity?
Secondly, DESIGN AND EQUIPMENT. Heat-resistant plastic casing, thanks to which the oven does not heat up during operation, in the front there is an LCD display with a push-button control panel, on the top there is an inspection window and openings for steam outlet, on the bottom there are non-slip feet for stability. Inside there is a removable bread pan and a paddle for kneading dough. The kit also includes a hook for removing the blade from the bread, a measuring cup, a measuring spoon, and - which is quite important for novice cooks and for housewives who are not ready for experiments at the beginning - a recipe book. By the way, inside there is a removable baking dish with a non-stick coating, so the bread does not burn. In general, everything is in place, everything is convenient and compact.
Third, GOVERNANCE. A friend of mine complains that her bread maker is emitting a barely audible signal, and she has to stand over the oven, listening when to throw raisins and nuts. I don't have such a problem. My Myrtha has a distinct audible signal. There are 12 modes in total (Basic, French, Whole Grain, Fast, Sweet, Super Fast, Gluten Free, Dough, Jam, Cupcake, Sandwich, Bake). I have enough of them with my head! Frankly, some have not yet tried to include. What I like the most about my Myrtle is the choice of the crust color. I make myself crispy as in childhood The good thing is that the weight of the bread is regulated (750 g or 900 g), we bake a large portion for myself with my husband, for my daughter we make 750 g gluten-free, this is enough for a week. What's insanely convenient is the delayed start. I like to arrange everything so that the bread is ready by the time my daughter and I return from a walk. I also throw in all the ingredients for the cupcake on Saturday night, and on Sunday morning we wake up with a mind-blowing smell. So we even got a new family tradition.
By the way, thanks to the "Jam" program in the summer I made a bunch of jam. I just put strawberries in a baking dish, added sugar, a little lemon juice and chose the program, after which the automatic mixing of the ingredients began. Perfect for me - I hate standing by the stove all day.
Fourthly, EASY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE. I think any hostess will agree with me that this is very important, since it significantly saves time and effort. All parts are easy to pull out and wash. It is enough to wipe the body with a damp cloth.
Fifthly, PROTECTION AGAINST POWER SUPPLY INTERRUPTIONS. Some models are not equipped with this function, and I think this is their drawback. Power failure protection extends instrument life.We have a new microdistrict, construction and repairs are ongoing, so the voltage is constantly jumping (judging by the blinking light). I am pleased to know that this will not break my bread maker.
Sixthly, LACK OF DISPENSER. Many will be amazed: how can this be an advantage? But like this. Our friends and acquaintances, as well as consultants, advised taking a bread maker with a dispenser, but in the end what? You pay extra money only for the oven to automatically add additional ingredients (for example, dried fruits) during the baking process. I don't think it's worth overpaying for this feature!
So, to summarize:
Pros of the Mirta BM1613 model: good design and equipment (high-quality heat-resistant plastic, LCD display, viewing window, removable baking dish, kneading paddle, hook, measuring cup and spoon, non-slip feet, recipe book), non-stick coating, easy to use using the control panel, 12 digital programs, 3 crust colors, 2 baking weights, the function of keeping bread hot, easy cleaning and maintenance, protection from power outages.
Cons: I have not found any minuses in this model yet, I really hope that there are none. Why else did you spend so much time on recommendations :)?
