  • This is a very simple but tasty and satisfying dish. Great for Sunday breakfast.
  • In the photos you will see several options for casseroles: from 2 types of cabbage with sausage and only from cauliflower with sausages. Both are good. Choose any.
  • Stage 1.
  • 1. Disassemble the cabbage into medium-sized inflorescences.

Note

For the first time I read the recipe in the mid-90s in the magazine "SMAK". Back then, cauliflower and broccoli were far from everyday foods. Therefore, such a casserole was made on holidays and served as a hot dish.

Times have changed. Now it is already possible to cook your favorite dish often.

You can make this casserole both in the oven and in a pressure cooker (multicooker).
In a slow cooker, due to the small volume of the bottom, the finished casserole turns out to be high. Therefore, the layers are not as visible as they would on a baking sheet. But as usual I lay it out in layers.

For so many years, I don't remember the exact recipe, I do it in my own way.
Try this dish too. Delicious!

what a beauty! but you can not cook, I was cooking just yesterday, put the cabbage, sprinkle with cheese, salt and for frying pressure 2 for 10 minutes.
now I will make like yours, sausage, eggs, it will be even tastier, only without preliminary processing!

Tanya, it is possible without processing. : yes: But I had very hard heads of cabbage. And we love soft cabbage.
You do not need to boil frozen cabbage.

Thanks for your version of the fried cabbage. I'll cook it.

Try the casserole option as well. I hope you enjoy it.
